Five squares define the structure of the oldest part of Havana. The Squares: Armas, San Francisco, Cathedral, Old Square and Christ of the Good Trip conformed the original city. The first one conceived was the one of Arms, then, to 150 meters was constructed San Francisco where the order of the same name was established. Then came the Cathedral. The fourth one was The Old square, created for comercial activity and with the time turned the most popular. Finally, the one of the Christ of the Good Trip, of the year 1640, was raised next to a hermitage that had the same name.
