Jesús Hdez-Güero was born in Havana in 1983, where he attended the "San Alejandro" Academy of Fine Arts Havana, (1999-2003). Later he joined the High Institute of Art (ISA) in Havana (2004-2009) and workshop "Arte de Conducta" directed by artist Tania Bruguera (2006-2008). All these formative stages taken to extend the limits of their artistic concerns, which began to be interested in "the capacity of art to utilize and reorganize existing social forms and cultural models that can be updated infinitely". begins to move freely in diverse disciplines such as video, photography, drawing and installation.
